Major Kevin Foust, Deputy Chief and Asst. Director of Security for Virginia Tech provided an in-depth look at the events that led up to the mass shooting on the campus of Virginia Tech on April 16, 2007.

Forensic Techniques
presented by:

Special Agent Harvey Pratt, OK State Bureau of Investigation (retired), discussed forensic techniques used to solve major cases.  He also included victim and witness interview skills.

The OLEMHOF plans to hold these seminars twice a year.  Look for notices in our Newsletter which comes out several times a year.
